4th CORRIGENDUM NOTICE
        This is for information of all concemed that the Tender
 Notice memo no 01/(2009-2010)/7532 dated 17-11-2009
 for Disign,Construction and maintenance of 4.88mX4.88m
base size,45.73m hight Glass Tower and its ancillary works
(South Plaza and its marbles works,water body,underground
enmergency and Service cable) of Shadihinata Stambha
Nirman project at Suhrawardy uddyan in Dhaka (2nd phase)
is hereby ammended as follows:
1.Section:6 Bill of Quantities:
   Part A:The word typed on the page 123 of the tender
       document"To be filled in the second stage"shall
        be omitted"
2.(i)Tender last Selling date:During office hours up to
       28-02-2010.
   (ii)The dead line for the submission of Tender.01-03-10
       up to 12 hours (BST)
   (iii)Tender opening date 01-03-2010 at 15 hours(BST)
The corrigendim notice and the corrigendum pages will be
available free of cost from the concerned offices froms
where the tender document was purchased .This corri-
gendum notice and page will from a part and parcel of
the tender document.
