             Invitation For Tenders
1.Procuring entity name: Rupali Bank Limited,Head Office,Dhaka .
2.Source of Fund:      Rupali Bank Limited’s own fund.
3.Invitation ForTender Ref&dt:HO/Com.07/2010,dt:01-02-10
4.Tender Name: Tender for Supply, Installation Commission and
          Customization of PC,DOT Matrix Printer,Switch&Off Line
           UPS for 31 (Thirty one) Computerized Branchs of Rupali
           Bank Ltd.in different location of Bangladesh.
5.Tender Method: Open Tender Method.
6.Time of Completion: 60 days from the date of work order for
                         Lot/group-01 and Lot/Group-02 or stipulated
                         period in the tender document.
7.Eligibility of Tenderers:7.1 The tender shall have the legal capa-
           city to enter into the contract and have not been declared ine-
           ligible by any competent authority.
                  7.2 The participant individual,pathnership firm,company
         or consortium of companies for Lot/Group-01 must be an in-
         ternationally renowned Manufacturer/Authorized Distributor
         and have sufficient[min.5(five) years] experience in supplying
      installation,customization and training of offered hardware brand
   and software and Lot/Group-02 must be Bangladehi Manufacturer
     and have sufficient[min.5(five)years] experience in supplying,
     installation,customization and training of offered UPS brabd.
             7.3 The vendors must have strong support office in Dhaka
      City with well equipped service cell manned by adequately
     qualified technical personnel for maintenance and support of the
    offered Lots/Groups. Venders who have more established offices
      in different Divisions will be given preferences. Floating or
      home address shall not be considered as established offices.
             7.4 The participating company may offer proposals for the
    items in any or desired number of lots/groups and must quote all
    the items in that/those lot’s0/group(s).Partial offer for any lot/
    group will not be accepted.
           7.5 The offers should have validity for at least 120(one
   hundred and twenty) days from the date of opening the tender.
8.Bief description of Goods/services:The items under Lot/Group-
    02Shall be internationally renowned brand items must be at le-
  astBSTI/ISO certified.No clone/Assembled items will be accepted:
         Lot/Group-01:ITEMS FOR 31 BRANCHES:
        (i)Personnel Computer -----124 units,
       (ii)Dot matrix printer(Medium speed)---62 units
       (iii) Switch -----------31 units.
     Lot/Group-02 (i) Off Line UPS with built in AVR.1 KVA
     with Full load Backup time 30 minite-------124 unit.
9.Securaty Money: For Group-01:Tk.3.50 Lac (Three lac fifty th-
   ous-and)only through PO/DD/SDR in the name of“Rupali Bank Ltd”.
        For Group-02:Tk.60,00/-(sixty thousand) only
        through PO/DD/SDR in the name of “Rupali Bank Ltd”.
10.Price of Tendering Documents:Tk.2,000/-(Non-refundable)thr-
           oughPO/DD in favor of “Rupali Bank Ltd” The purchased
          original tender document must be submitted with the offer.

                    10-03-2010 within 2.00 P.M. at Establishment
                    Division(7th Floor),Rupali Bank Ltd.HeadOffice,
                    34 Dilkusha C/A,Dhaka-100.
14.Date and Time for Opening Tenders:10-03-2010 at 3.30 P.M.
         in the office as mentioned above. Tender or their authorized
         are representatives allowed to attend dering tender opening.
15.Special Instruction:(a)The Procuring Entity reserves the right
   to accept or reject any or all offers without ahowing any reas on.
        (b)The Bank shall not be under any obligation to accept the
               lowest quotation.
       (c)Due to unavoidable circumstances,if the Tender cannot be
         opened on the scheduled date,then the same will be opened
           on the following working day.(d)This Tender will be guided
           by the PPA-2006.
